Several mistakes in the estimated settlement statement. We would get one corrected and then there would be another mistake. Then we thought it was all done and the funds were all sent in and it turned out the vesting was incorrect and then we were suddenly told it couldn't close yet again because it needed about $400 more that had to be urgently deposited that day, which turned out to be wrong because the settlement statement was wrong yet again and it turned out ORTC actually owed us money. Nothing would get done until the last minute and then we would find that they wouldn't have sent some important document and closing would be delayed and someone else would get blamed until it was proven that everyone else had sent their things in on time. Vesting schedule was not taken care with the excuse being that (1) escrow officer hadn't received it (2) when proven it was received by Old Republic Title Company and sent internally by ORTC to her, she mentioned she was off that particular day and therefore did not see her own email even 2 weeks later. We ended up having to re-record.
