Where do I start? First they got the commission for Redfin wrong, which could have cost us over $10,000 at closing if we didn't catch it. They also wired our sale proceeds to the wrong account without confirming the wire details with us first. Thankfully the account they tried to send it to didn't exist or that would have been a $100,000 mistake. They were also very hard to get ahold of, to the point that I had to go into a local branch office and have an escrow agent there call our agent just to get them on the line. It may have been our specific agent that was the problem but I would not recommend these folks for escrow.
