They were great! Wonderful to work with and flexible in considering my circumstances with moving out of the country. Really a great experience all around.

Linda Lee was great to work with and had excellent advice for us (including recommendations for service providers). She was also extremely flexible considering that our closing had to be pushed from the morning to the end of day. The office is very nice, and closing was a pleasant experience. Our only complaint was that one of the assistants emailed private documents to the wrong email addresses on two separate occasions - once with the earnest money receipt, and once with our closing documents. We never received so much as an apology for what was pretty serious privacy breach considering the sensitive financial information those documents contained. This is the only reason why we don't rate them higher.

They were extremely timely with the wire after close, but missed updating the payoff statement till I found out it was a month off

Leave feedback on your experience working with Fidelity National Title here... I was pretty disappointed in the Title company. We showed up the day of closing and documents were not there, especially since I took off work.. it was not cool. No prior notice given. In the end, they sent our docs mobile and allowed us to close remotely due to work constraints. Overall, I was not impressed. I appreciated their apology, and everything up till closing went smoothly but they felt to seal the deal properly in my opinion.

Very good, originally seemed like they weren't going to coordinate with the Columbus office, but they did. Otherwise, it was odd to have to rescan my ID the day the funds were issued since I already did it at the office, but everything was smooth.

Juanita with Fidelity Title was great! She always made time for me and my questions. Juanita is a rock star!

Very easy to work with!

They were fine but having now closed on a house in CO, I feel the whole title insurance industry in Texas is inflated. As sellers, we paid more money for a policy in TX for a home < half the price of the home we bought in CO. I did not shop around to see if document preparation and escrow fees might be lower, but the team was professional and everything went smoothly.

Fidelity performed their services well and kept us apprised of any issues.
