There was a delay in closing, and this was not communicated to me until the day we were supposed to be closing. When I asked what was going on, the first response was always that it was on the lender. Generally, easy to reach over email during the process. Overall, an ok experience. However the week of closing was very stressful due to miscommunications and delays. I felt that I was doing much of the footwork and initiating tasks throughout. However, Courtney made our actual signing experience great by coming in outside of normal office hours and explained all the paperwork well and answered our questions.
