Fast, easy and efficient. All things you need in a title agency.

My experience working with empire west title was mediocre. Cheryl Watson didn't seem to be on top if things for example my first interaction with her was her following up with me a week later after she said she emailed me a document to complete which neither I or my partner received it. Then she emailed me once requesting for something claiming she didn't have my number when she called me prior to this email, a document was not including in the signing so it was a last minute ask to sign a document on the day of closing (it was in the middle of work and then a private tennis lesson of which I had to stop and take care of this), and lastly...we had to follow up with her to check on our funds as the money it was supposed to be in my account, it was not. and to top it off, the funds received was not in the amount that was signed due to some last minute adjustments which she did not notify the sellers of so I had to follow up to get an explanation of the delta.

Great service and we even closed early.

Cheryl was diligent in answering any questions or concerns. The process was smooth and without any issues.

We actually did not use Empire West, however, they were very professional and helpful.

Smooth transaction

Cheryl was amazing helping us close on time under very compressed timelines caused by the inefficiencies of the mortgage lender.

Everything went smoothly but I did have to email them to get the amounts and I had to initiate contact with them to arrange the closing. I had to call several times, they were tough to get ahold of. But when I finally did, they were able to arrange a notary come to my house and do the signing a few days early. I received my wire transfer on time and everything seems to have gone well!
