Was a little disappointed when I went into a closer office near my work at the recommendation of my realtor to help speed my escrow process, and the woman in there had no shoes on and was really unprofessional. Telling me they would still have to pay a courier to take my documents to Folsom branch so it would be faster for me to do it myself. So I did. I found that a little frustrating. Not very good customer service.

To be upfront, the seller backed out of the deal, so I was not able to go through the whole process with Chicago Title. However, for the work I did with them, they were very easy to use, had an office in my area, and I was seen very quickly when I first started working with them. My only issue with them was that I was told my earnest money check would be stamped void and returned to me as the seller ended the contract. To date I have not received the check. So I may incur a charge to cancel the check with my bank.
