We had a pretty rough experience with this company. There were issues with them from the start. We fully recognize that there will be snags and various issues that come up in the house buying process, however the issues that came up with Chicago Title and Escrow were avoidable and stemmed from simple human error. The agent we ended up working with did not seem to have a handle on basic aspects of her job. This caused many unnecessary headaches and quite a bit of extra money that didn't need to be spent on our end AND the seller's end. We definitely would not recommend using this company if you have any other options available.
