Title was the only part of our house purchasing endeavor that didn’t go very smoothly. We received pretty good customer service in the beginning, but it quickly became very unorganized and threw us off our game a bit. Overall the communication and customer service skills over the phone could’ve been better, we felt like a nuisance for having questions and the person helping us was very short and didn’t relay to us on what to expect. We had SO many people working on things that we got so confused and worried at times, not to mention that when the time came to drop off a large check in person - their offices were not compliant with wearing masks; which made us uneasy. Having had such dedicated attention and customer service from Redfin and Wells Fargo, it was definitely a change of pace. We felt a little lost at times and although we understand how busy things are right now, we would have had a better experience if more follow-up had been provided. I can only imagine how busy things must be in their offices right now, but unfortunately it doesn’t change the experience we received. Thanks for all the hard work anyways because in the end we have a wonderful home and the paperwork is organized. Again, thank you, especially for Cheryl who did steer us in better direction towards the end when things get crazy and time-crunch is of the essence.
