Endpoint

Endpoint has been very courteous and responsive throughout the long and daunting closing process. One suggestion is in their portal of to do list, you don't have the option on what you have entered once a task has been tagged as completed.

Endpoint returned the escrow money in a timely fashion. One issue I did have with them was when it came time for the return their wasn't a way to easily supply account information. I had to call them and they had to send a "document upload" task for me to upload a word document with wire instructions. Seems a little clunky and odd.

Very poor communications and didn’t seem to know how to handle the closing.

Great closing experience, very streamlined, and the team was responsive to our many questions.

Endpoint was very helpful in simplifying a complex process. A representative was always available for my questions. Their platform makes it easy to see what we've done and what's next.

We were sometimes confused which documents needed to be signed by both homeowners and which only needed to be signed by one. The rest of the process was very convenient and smooth. We loved the virtual signing!

For the most part, Endpoint was good to deal with. We were doing all of the signing remotely and it did get confusing at times, what forms needed to be signed when. Could have used a bit more communication around the signing, but overall good.

Very efficient. Online dashboard for tasks and a virtual notary at closing worked exceedingly well.

They were so efficient and organized, I was very impressed! I loved how things were so well presented and easily laid out for me to follow. They did a fantastic job, I am so grateful for this team!

Unfortunately, I am not able to provide any positive feedback for Endpoint. Due to their lack of expertise and professionalism, it was necessary for my husband and I to drive 45 miles to Endpoint's office in Lynnwood in order to sign our closing documents and ensure the loan would close as scheduled. This is NOT acceptable in this day and age. Had Endpoint responded in a timely manner when they were contacted by the lender, this would have been avoided. My husband and I each lost 3 hours of our workday in order to make this trip- the actual signing took less than 20 minutes of that time. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a super smooth experience with Endpoint. There weren’t any hiccups! Everyone I worked with was informative, positive, and punctual. Great job!
