I was expected to send requested documents as quickly as possible. Yet at times it felt like Fidelity was taking their own time. This became very problematic when trying to juggle Mayflower's delivery of my possessions and paying rent for storage. And, last minute arrangements for "signing" were communicated at 5:00pm the night before close at an office 45 minutes away during rush hour. Note: The title company has an office only 5 minutes from home.
