I don't know if I really can make a choice of my title company during this transaction. I will choose All city escrow if I can. First, I never had a chance to review my closing statements before actual signing appointment but my agent told me I should be able to. Also, I was given the fund to close at 2 pm the day before signing at 8 am, not even more than 24 hours. I am not sure how many people can get their fund ready in such a short time frame. The staff I worked with were friendly. I didn't like the experience.
