Smooth experience and closed quickly

I've been impressed by First American Title. They're detail oriented, they have a clean helpful website, and I was able to purchase my house with their help. So big wins there.

Sandy Do and her team were great. When others saw that she was my Escrow Officer, they said I was in good hands. Her and her team were typically available for questions, or if I missed them, got back to me promptly.

So helpful walked me through the process always answered my questions quickly.

Our team was quick to answer questions and were very knowledgeable on the process and what needed to be done. Overall, we were happy with First American. We’re taking a few points from because of a glitch in communication that did cause some extra stress towards the end. The team was able to resolve it, but it did make us a little nervous about missing the closing date. The glitch in this case could have been avoided altogether with earlier communication and confirmation regarding our plans for how we wanted to execute the closing.

First American Title is a good title insurance company with a long history of competence. Their team approach has its good side, communicating immediately when a transaction has been begun. Its only bad side is that every one on the team wants to communicate before the conditions of the transaction have been removed. I found that to be just a little bit cloying, but much better than not hearing from anyone.
