First American title was very difficult to communicate with. We were constantly sent to voicemail without callbacks. When we made a signing appointment, they scheduled the wrong time and we had to wait over an hour for someone to show up. Even with the signing in person, they missed some documents for us to sign and then needed us to completely drop what we were doing days later to get them the paperwork they should have had ready in order for us to close on time.
