First American had helpful staff, were easily reachable by phone and email, and made the process very smooth.

Unprepared for the closing, the loan docs that were printed were not the correct version. There then was an argument what they should be since I knew the correct figures. Took some time to get everything sorted out.

Bad communication and slow follow up by Lia Burdine. We didn't feel that she was very helpful. We struggled with misunderstanding of title document on the day of closing and had to delay a day due to the issue.

They were very helpful in expediting a tight closing schedule.

Very nice people. They helped us through an early closing on the house. I apologize to Lisa at First American Title for expressing my frustration. I understand now that you received late communications from the mortgage companyand that is where the closing cost discrepancy was missed. We were getting timelines when to wire the closing and did not have any communications of the amount up to the time we signed with Escrow. We took amounts from Loan Settlement Disclosures as we hadn’t heard how we get that figure or who was to be sending it. We received the email instructions to wire but not an amount to send. Again, I’m sorry I was frustrated.
