When you buy a house, you have to deal with a lot of paper, including the purchase agreement, the title, government filings, loan documents, CCRs, etc. The folks at Hecker made everything simple. I was provided with one packet of information that included everything. After reviewing it, I was able to talk with someone about my questions to my satisfaction. It made me feel relaxed knowing that all of the details were being take care of and that nothing would be missed. I highly recommend Hecker.
