Land Title Company made our home buying so simple. They answered all of our questions and were very prompt in their replies.

Our home buying process was stress free and smooth and they were the only ones that gave us issues towards the end. Everyone else had been friendly to us but the person who called me to schedule the signing caused a lot of stress. My lender and I already knew that our signing would be on a specific day due to the loan we were using and everything had been dated for that day but she called me and tried to tell me that it was the day before. I told her it was not true and she pretty much told me I was misinformed by my lender and I needed to come in that day because of the seller's best interest. I spent almost an hour on the phone with her trying to explain that she had the wrong day and had to contact my agent and lender. It stressed us out which sucked because everything else was going so smoothly for us and she just had the wrong information. I would not use their services again.

The staff at this company were always professional and kind to me. I received detailed information and had my questions answered. I felt supported in my often challenging Executor work.
