I didn't have a bad experience with Rainier Title, they just didn't stand out. They weren't unfriendly, but they weren't overly friendly either.
When I would call the office, at times I would be made to feel that I was interrupting them with my questions. Some of this could be that I had such an exceptional agent, an exceptional inspector, and an exceptional loan officer that Rainier Title seemed much lesser in comparison. One thing I found annoying working with Rainier Title is that it was hard to determine exactly what the final down payment was supposed to be. I received an official document that listed every detail of all of the costs down to the penny including a calculation of the down payment. It turns out this wasn't actually the real down payment. I had to call and specifically request by phone what the real down payment was. In fact I had to call them three times. The first time when I was on a call with them about something else, and didn't have the document handy, I asked for it. Then I compared it to the official document, and they didn't match so I had to call back. Then my wife had a different number than mine so I had to call again to clarify what the real number was. I don't recall ever receiving the real down payment number in writing. Rainier Title got the job done so kudos to them for that, but I felt like just another number in a long string of other numbers to them.
