WFG Escrow asked for well agreement and I sent it within 1 hours. They asked for it two more times and acted like I was at fault they did not have it. Additionally, they did little too late in the process and ended up having to gather information about the water bill after both parties (sellers & buyers) signed the papers. The Notary Public at closing was a contract person and not a WFG employee. The whole closing was a rushed meeting with the Notary hurrying through the documents. I would not agree to use WFG again.
