The only reason this isn't a "0" is because I believe the problem lay with the escrow officer herself and not the entire company. Horrible communication (what escrow office only responds to email?) and complete lack of etiquette and social skills made for a less than ideal experience. In the end they got the job done but not without a decent amount of frustration and annoyance along the way.
There should have been better communication between Escrows Services & myself. But they did make the loan happen & I got my house. For myself I do not have a scanner & I don't have a fancy phone with e-mail. I wish they had a better system when dealing with people like me. So I believe there were a lot of 'time' wasted when they didn't notify me there was a email for me.
No one from Covenant Escrow ever contacted me to introduce themselves or offer information. I had to go through several parties via email to get what I needed.
