Very neutral - because it's hard to tell when there are delays, who owns the responsibility for moving things along. We had a lengthy escrow and we/our lender completed all requirements well in advance of closing - there was one sellers condition which was not completed until the last minute...and caused a delay. Along the way it seemed like nothing was moving with any sense of urgency through escrow - it may have been due to other priorities, and our escrow became a priority at the 11th hour. I would recommend frequent follow up to ensure that all steps are proceeding on a timely basis.
