Sylvia @ FCE was great to work with. But I would say that FCE the company tries to nickel and dime you with fees. For example, there is a $100 "download fee" if you send them digital documents via email. Seriously. Then they charge you $50 for overnighting documents when it really only costs like $20 via the carrier. Maybe this is par for the course, but fees like that seemed silly. There also was an issue that they did not get me the escrow documents originally, and it wasn't until a week later when they asked if I had signed that it was realized that the documents were never delivered to me.

They were slow to answer emails and we almost had a problem with our escrow process being delayed because of a lack of communication on their part regarding an escrow amendment that needed to be signed and sent to the lending bank. They were non responsive to our emails. We had to rely on getting paperwork from our lending officer instead of directly from the escrow office at times. I would not recommend them.
