When I asked to see my closing statement a three days before closing, I was referred to the one I signed three weeks prior which was pointless because of several items that had changed since then. Christa Paige gave an amount to my financial advisor to wire transfer that was $300.43 off the correct amount. When she eventually sent the final closing statement, I pointed this out and had to have the wire transfer cancelled with my financial advisor and had a new one set up with all new paper work to be signed. She also failed to tell him that she needed it in three hours instead of the next day as planned. When I pointed all this out to her boss, Harold Berghoudian, he seemed to have the attitude of "well, you have the right information now so what more do you want?"
