I found Orange Coast Title (OCT) to be highly responsive throughout the escrow, and extremely knowledgeable. The people are friendly and competent, and despite an extremely rocky escrow (which included delays caused by the appraisal, the other realtor, and my loan) we only closed one day late. This, despite them receiving a majority of the paperwork they needed with only 3 to 5 business days before close of escrow.
Upon receiving everything late, OCT indicated that we would close several days late. But I made it clear that it was a priority (borderline necessity) for me to close by June 30, which was 1 day late, and once I did they made it happen!!
