The sellers decided on Pickford Escrow, which we had to comply. Fortunately, our main contacts were Theresa, Amber, and Brandy, and all three were absolutely wonderful to deal with in the home-buying process. They were always very professional when contacting myself or my husband, and they would keep me or my agent updated with any information that was needed. I only met Theresa and Amber in passing, i.e., dropping off paperwork in their office in Irvine. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Brandy a lot more closely, as she was able to come by after work hours in order for us to sign the closing escrow papers. She was extremely patient with us, answered all of our inquiries, and was extremely pleasant to converse with . Even though the signing of the papers is typically a stressful and sometimes ugly ordeal, Brandy made it very enjoyable for us (a rare treat!) to sign our lives away. Overall, great escrow company. Very thorough, they know their business, and they got things done very promptly. I had no complaints and the overall fees that we were charged were anticipated by my husband and I, so we were not surprised on the closing costs.
