A majority of the process was very seamless. Escrow source was very willing to walk us through our questions. They also sent a notary out to our home to finalize the documents which was helpful in times of cover. There was one hiccup in which were told to re-notarize a document. However after discussions with the primary escrow agent and our lawyers, we discovered the extra procedure was not necessary. Although the matter was resolved by the primary escrow agent, we spent a couple hours with our lawyers and risked missing our 30 day close (as we would have to re-process our loan documents if we had re-notarize a document).
