No major mistakes that we caught, but not great to work with.
Final purchase price was incorrect which caused confusion with the lender. As a result, we had to make up the balance - though it was only $400. I would expect an escrow office to be detail oriented and catch this.
They are closed and unavailable after 4pm daily. Some days they closed as early as 2pm. The escrow officer was frequently unavailable and we had to work with an assistant who was not always informed.
We took time out of our day to sign docs at their office, but we were charged a mobile notary fee because there was no notary at their office. Had we known, we would have had a mobile notary come to our home and saved the time.
All scanned docs had names like D0123L9.pdf rather than meaningful names to identify docs.
