WFG will only communicate via email. They do not answer phones, nor are they in their office. Their overall attitude in the correspondences we had with them were rude and abrasive, even condescending at times. I would never recommend this company to a client or friend.
This is the first time I am using escrow services but was overjoyed with their experience. They have a great system in place for monitoring and tracking and all updates were promoted immediately. It was one of the best customer service I received. Thanks
