As much as I loved the support throughout the process by my real estate agent, I did not like the experience working with Cardinal. This was a straight-forward cash deal and the title company was nit-picky on insignificant details and continued trying to contact me while I was away on vacation overseas (after I told them and the buyers that I would be out of the country for two weeks). I will not use Cardinal as the closing agent again for ANY of my future real estate transactions.
