For the most part, using Champion Title and Settlements was an easy process for selling our home. There was one minor issue with receiving our wire transfer and how it was handled, but it wouldn't stop me from recommending it to others. The day after settlement, we received an email that our wire transfer wouldn't go through. When my husband called to resolve the issue, the woman on the other end was somewhat unfriendly with him. In addition, he knew what the issue was with the transfer, but she was sort of unwilling to listen to him. The whole issue was resolved within a few minutes, and that's the important thing, so it wasn't really that big of a deal. The actual date of closing went smoothly: the location in Manassas is clean, professional, and the process itself was easy. No issues there.
