Jules always goes out of his way to find ways to save you money on your settlement. This time he was able to save us from ordering the survey by using some kind of affidavit. With Jules you also have peace of mind because you know he is very genuine about his work and he has a huge amount of integrity.

There was a small issue with settlement due to the MPDU which would have delayed the sale by 21 days but Jules was able to get the County to process in 1 week. John Maloy also deserves much praise for handling the buyers very well as we would have gone out of contract with the issue. While emotions were running high both John and Jules kept everyone calm and helped us close the deal.
