My recent experience with the settlement company, MBH, was unfortunately quite disappointing and frustrating. Despite the initial positive impression, they failed to communicate with my HOA, resulting in an overpayment on my part. From the outset, MBH Settlement Company appeared professional and competent in handling the settlement process. However, their failure to proactively contact my HOA raises serious concerns about their attention to detail and customer service. It was only after my HOA reached out to me directly that I became aware of the lack of communication between MBH and the HOA. This lack of communication resulted in me overpaying my HOA dues, a situation that could have been easily avoided if MBH had fulfilled their responsibility to contact the management company. The fact that I was left unaware of this critical information until notified by the HOA is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the settlement company's level of service.
