We appreciate our clients giving us reviews and leaving comments that would improve our performance. However, with all due respect this review is inaccurate. All the fees charged on the HUD-1 statement were negotiated by the parties ahead of closing and by addendum to the contract of sale. Our company was following a negotiated agreement in between buyers and sellers which was provided to us by the parties. A copy of the contract and its addendums are available for review which indicate the fees charged and the title company to be used. Negotiations between parties as to which title company to use is not something we get involved with and it is not a RESPA violation. We do not induce parties to do something in violation of the real estate rules as alleged. Simply because we did not agree to reduce our agreed upon fees a few days before closing does not put us in violation of rules. We appreciate this opportunity and we would like to renew our commitment to our current and prospective clients to work hard and to deliver outstanding service.
