Title Town Settlements, LLC was absolutely wonderful to work with when purchasing our townhome. We had some severe delays and last minute concerns over settlement because of our lender, which made the sellers nervous (understandably). Title Town came through with the settlement. The process day-of was super smooth. They didn't seem the most organized or proactive with communications. But they were nice and generous.

Continuous mismanagement. At the start it was good, I received the paperwork via a secure messaging web app. Which is great because it had personal identify information on it. I sent it back with in a week, but come 1-2 weeks before closing I found myself resolving issues to make the closing date. Things such as responding to multiple emails for additional information, getting the pay off documents, going to get the closing documents notorized by an additional party because they failed to schedule in advance, paying an additional charge for notary, and mailing the documents. All of which is what they were supposed to do. When asked for some sort of compensation they immediately rejected the idea, after some pressure they responded with hesitation and reduced my fees to $300. (I don't know where it was at before the reduction) I would not recommend this service, even looking at their website, they're still a work in progress despite being "experienced".

I had good communication with the Settlement Processor Annabel Bonnett. My interaction with Ryan, the Settlement Attorney, was too brief to comment on, though I will say his explanations for each portion of the documents I was required to sign were clear and concise.

Of course the reason we go back to them is their unmatched level of service and efficiency, plus everybody is so friendly and acknowledgeable.

The individuals I spoke with at Title Town were very polite. However, they were several days late wiring us our funds after closing. This was very stressful since we needed these funds to close on a new house. They were apologetic and quick to wire funds once we realized they were late.
