I highly recommend Vesta. They maintain a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process and quickly respond to questions.

They managed the closing quickly for us without issue. Also agreed to do a drive thru style closing from the parking lot; that is our preference in the pandemic. No complaints.

We had a generally good experience with Vesta Settlements. We ended up waiting in the office a bit longer than we would have liked, but these things happen. The people at VS seemed like a friendly bunch, albeit the COVID-19 precautions put a bit of a damper on the mood. Nevertheless, we appreciated their commitment to keeping everybody safe in the midst of the pandemic. The staff took exquisite care to make sure that nobody was being exposed to unnecessary risk. Our settlement agent, Keith, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything in just the right amount of detail, and was patient with all of our questions. Throughout the process we felt like we were in good hands. Our move is taking us out of the Northern Virginia region, but if we ever found ourselves moving back to the area, I would definitely consider Vesta for our real estate transactions.
