David was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had an aggressive closing date, and I was very easily able to schedule the home inspection appointment to fit in that timeline. As a first-time home buyer, I was not that familiar with the home inspection process, and just assumed the purpose was primarily to support the mortgage contingency. David patiently and knowledgeably answered all my questions at the inspection, and pointed out a lot of useful information about the home. He prepared a very thorough report that I received very quickly, and I will be using the information he provided to set up all my regular home maintenance. I really valued his input and I will be recommending ARTI home inspections to all my friends.
