The reason for the incomplete job was that our technicians did not have input from the client regarding their cleaning priorities. We asked this client, prior to the cleaning, to fill out a pre-printed priority list that we make available to all customers. We did not receive a completed list and weren’t able to reach the client near the end of the job to ask for additional time to complete the cleaning or do a walk through at the conclusion. Our technicians did as much as possible in the authorized time. In a normal circumstance, we speak with the customer, and the customer can either adjust priorities to fit within the budget or increase the budget to ensure all the items are completed. We have since adjusted our policy to require a written priority list prior to starting a cleaning project so that this does not occur in the future.
