She and her team did the work, and there responses were quick enough, but I did not get the sense of security. I had to check the to-do list my self and ask them if the actions were taken, while they were oblivious. For example, there were open building permits to be closed, but the closing attorney were not aware of this until I asked during closing. Her initial response was "Didn't seller's agent said anything?", while it was attorney's responsibility to check fulfillment of P&S items. She later found that they received the email confirming that the permits were closed from the seller a few day prior. Also, it was hard to get a comprehensive picture of what is going on and what is important, despite I have been asking a variety of questions on this line. In addition, on closing day, we had to wait in a common-area in the office 20 minutes passed the scheduled time, without explanation or apology, only to learn later that the previous case had complication. They could have handled the situation better by providing explanation and start processing our case with other available person earlier than that 20 minutes of waiting. I do not recommend working with them.
