Our deal did not close but my experience with David was that he spent his time reading through the docs and answering any questions we might had. Communication was good and happened primarily via email during afternoon/early evening. Overall good experience however, I felt that David and his team provided less guidance on decision making and were mostly there to do their mandatory legal part and not much beyond that. As first time buyers we would appreciate some more experienced input. Also he was clearly one of the most expensive options.
