Jeremy knows his stuff and is so well known that he is able to get things moving and completed in a great way. He and his team were always available and very responsive. We appreciate his input and services and recommend him highly!!!

To be honest, we were really frustrated with Jeremy Bell through most of the process. It felt like we had about 30 seconds of his attention any time we received an email and several things were either not updated or not answered. This created a lot of back and forth and if it hadn't been for our attention to detail on things, I am confident something would have been missed or we would have been negatively impacted. However, during the closing when we had his full attention, Jeremy was amazing! Explained everything very well and answered our questions perfectly. Had it not been for our experience closing with him, this rating would have been much lower. Overall, we were pleased in the end.

Very diligent staff. Worked hard to protect my interests in the home buying process. First time buying a condo but I could tell the staff were very knowledgeable about condo associations and standard practices.
