We had very little to do with Summit during the process so it's hard to accurately rate them. The emails from them to us were minimal. Then, we showed up for the closing on time to find it was another person from the one that had emailed us that was doing the closing and she was 10 minutes late. The actual process of signing was fine, but feel like we only worked with them for the 30 minutes we were there, so it's hard to comparatively access.

Summit Title Services made my home closing experience very pleasant and easy. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we came into the lobby. We did not have to wait to start our closing process and once all paperwork was complete we had time to meet our sellers and talk for a short time about our new house. It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The team at Summit Title Services made our closing very pleasant and easy, and I have no doubt they do the same for all of their customers.
