I was less-than-impressed with my experience. There were several communication disconnects, like at some point they didn't have my email address, and were calling me, other times they emailed me but with the urgency it would have made more sense to call me or do both. When they finally did connected with me they asked for things that were already included in the paperwork I filled out at the beginning of the process. I think they lost my file. Maybe they are short-staffed like so many businesses are nowadays. However, they did manage to attend the closing on my behalf, and we closed. (a communication from them confirming the closing was a success would have been nice -- am I asking too much?)
