She was able to provide great design advice (wall colors) and helped pull together an amazing stage. Our townhouse never looked better. Moreover, Rachel went above and beyond as we adjusted changing scheduled dates to list quickly, and as closing dates changed. We really can’t say enough great things!

Rachel did a great job staging my house, it completely changed the appearance and I really think it was the key to the sale. Her price was very reasonable and less than other quotes I was given for a last minute turnaround. I'd been trying for a few months on my own with no furniture inside, and once it was staged, it sold immediately on Redfin. Rachel made it happen very fast too! I was able to squeeze in between bookings and she was on it within 24 hours of my contact with her. She was easy to work with, has great ideas, really was a hard worker and even did some final cleaning on photo day when I was late arriving! thanks for making my house sell so FAST Rachel! It was well worth the price and I highly recommend using Rachel, I'm going to have her help with some design ideas in the future!

Rachel is friendly and represents a great value, but she is much more! Her dedication is astonishing! She worked and re-worked the rooms until she was 100% happy with the overall effect. She could have easily stopped at her first ideas but she returned more than once to reconsider, add or subtract and fine tune. All along the way she was a welcome addition to the family, even singing along to the radio one afternoon when the back yard clean-up turned into an impromptu dance party. Value, kindness and dedication – it is nearly impossible to top that.

Rachel did a fantastic job of making our house shine. She made the most of each room, cleverly distracted from imperfections, and maximized the number of "Wow" moments. I really liked the furniture and art pieces she picked out, and how she arranged them. Every room looked great on its own and had a purpose, and there still was a cohesive feel throughout the house. Throughout the process I felt that Rachel cared deeply about the execution of her work - down to the smallest detail. She played around with several different ideas before choosing what worked best. Even after the house went Pending she waited up until a day or two before closing before de-staging the house - just in case the sale fell through at the last moment. We likely ended up selling our house for more than what we would have been able to sell it for without having it staged. Staging was well worthwhile and I would choose Rachel again. Working with her was a pleasure.

Rachel helped me so much in while I sold my place. I work M-F 9-5 and it's just me, so I needed some help, and she did basically everything. I think the most important part was the staging. I got a few comments on how well designed the place was, and it helped get the listing a lot of attention. We were off the market within a week, and some of that was definitely thanks to Rachel's hard work. In addition to staging, she is now helping me with some interior design stuff at my new place, and things are going well!

Rachel was a miracle worker, not only was she able to stage our condo very quickly but it showed so well in person and in photos. I definitely think she is the main reason it sold so quickly. Rachel was absolutely fabulous! Staging my home was the best decision I ever made, He prices are quite reasonable and she has great taste, and knows what needs to take place in order to sell it quickly. Mine sold in 3 days! She constantly offered her help in my final moments, with painting, cleaning and anything you needed taken care of! I was totally exhausted after about a week of packing and cleaning, all by myself, and she just stepped in and took control, and totally relieved my back pain and stress of trying to accomplish absolutely everything on a timeline. Rachel is extremely friendly and highly approachable, very easy going and fun to work with. She is someone that you can hand the whole project over to and walk away, and Know that it will be perfect!
