I admit I started out as a staging skeptic. "Do people really need to see a table in the kitchen to imagine a table there?," I pondered. But, because I had a particular spot in my home that I did believe could benefit from staging, I decided to go for it. I am glad I did and glad I went with Stephanie Walsh. Stephanie's staging helped my home to shine. It was very apparant that she took time to play up the home's assets and did not just randomly plunk furniture in there. For example, she clearly chose furniture and accessories that coordinated with—and therefore enhanced—the living room carpet. When a minor glitch arose that required her team return to my home to complete the staging, they did so at the crack of dawn the next day to ensure they were there and gone before the listing photographer arrived a short time later. I was very pleased with the work of Stephanie Walsh and her team, believe this contributed to our gorgeous listing photos (and to how the house showed in person), and would fully recommend her.

Not impressed. Over priced

Stephanie did an amazing job of making our place look great. I was very impressed with how things turned out and it made a big impact on how our listing looked for sure.

We had a vacant condo and it was recommended to stage the unit. We got two bids from designers that both came highly recommended. Stephanie Walsh Design came in lower and with quicker availability. We are so happy with the decision to pay to stage the unit. The spacious, colorful, and home feel we got when it was staged made a huge difference in feeling like it was a home. Stephanie Walsh Design was timely, professional, and left the place just like they found it, I would definitely use them again.

Stephanie was an excellent stager and we were really impressed with the selection of furniture and design of the place for the open house and pictures. Amongst all of the stagers we met, she provided the most reasonable price. I highly recommend her!

The staging design amazing and well worth the investment

The staging was spectacular and no doubt greatly enhanced the sales prospects of the condominium unit. The clean-up after the staging could have been better, but again the staging was really amazing.

Our house never looked that good when we lived there. Almost wanted to move back in.

They did a good job - home looked beautiful and they were careful not to scratch floors or walls. My only disappointment was that they did not measure the spaces properly and brought this couch that was clearly too big for the living room, using more space than it should have.

Stephanie staged our home perfectly. It was not a big home yet she was able to show potential buyers the possibilites of how best to use the space. Good taste in furnishings.
