Quick & excellent service. Twelve days from offer acceptance to closing completed. Had funds in our account one hour after closing. Professional and caring associates. This was our second closing with them. First one was remote closing (we were in North Carolina), first one just as efficient as the one we just had.

The title company was very responsive during the process and upon our close, had a very nice and welcoming office where we were allowed to have all documents explained as we signed off to close on the home. They had our name on the monitor which for a first time home buyer, was a nice touch that made the experience more personal. We had our 21 month old son with us and they were very patient with him during the close as getting a boy that age to make it through a close is not always easy.
