Organized and timely

The land Title Company and Angee was amazing, The office for Land title and reception was not. The reception (Amy) I believe always sounded rushed and was very cautious in letting people talk to their agents. However Angee was very Sensitive and caring to the needs of the customers. bother sellers and buyers. She worked tirelessly to get documents in on time and obtain information to help the process along in a timely manner. She was honest and upfront in everything she did, and very knowledgeable in answering all questions we had *pertaining, to the sell of the home. My Personal suggestion is to have (amy) the Receptionist lighten up, when answering calls, I would prefer the reception to address the company they work for. (Hello, thank you for calling Land Title how may I help you) I was not getting this from her. I was getting a very stand off phone vibe, and one that I would not recommend in the future. As a receptionist she needs to Be caring and comforting to those buying and selling homes, regardless of appearance. I found it intimidating to call the main line due to not knowing who I was speaking with when I called. (a very fast) "Heo ld tle" not a slower paced "Hello land Title" or I even got "lamb bridle" ~ But a slow, "Hello, thank you for calling Land Title how may I help you" or " Hello, this is Land Title Amy Speaking, How may I help you today." More words would be appreciated in the future. A receptionist should love their chosen path of employment. They should enjoy greeting every customer in the door and directing every phone call. It is rude to tell a customer that The person they wish to speak with can only be reached by message. Try. Oh angee is currently in a meeting. can I connect you to her voicemail. *that was the other issue* they need voicemails. Angee knew what was going on with my case, Reception did not. I had to explain to someone that was not my Case manager what I wanted, That does not make sense. They direct calls and take messages, not ask for "What is this regarding" If you take a message just take a message to call the person back. I did not understand why she needed to know 5 min worth of information to connect me to Angee. Since i am rating Land title as a whole not as (1) person I have to rate honestly If Reception was excellent It would have been a 10. the rest of the Establishment runs smoothly outside of that division so an 8 would be most accurate, but a 10 for the rest of the facility and a 2 for reception

They were very easy to deal with and available for any questions.

Probably won’t be recommending a title company in general
