The folks at Gentle Barnett were open and kind - answered all of my questions and worked hard to ensure processes went as smooth - and secure - as possible. I had a security breach attempt on my email account which encouraged me to wire closing monies immediately via instructions different from those that were provided by Barnett. I worked closely with my Lender (Judy Abounader-Smith) and Barnett to provide information that was reported to authorities for further investigation. Always follow the strict advice of your title company. Thank you for keeping me and my finances safe !!
