They were horrible!! Roxanna sent the money to the wrong address and my insurance cancelled my policy. We learned about the cancellation because they insurance sent us a letter. When I called to talked to her she was very unprofessional and cursed a least four times. She was supposed to put a stop payment on the old check and issue a new check and send it to the correct address but she didn't. She issued and new check and sent it to the correct address, but didn't do the stop payment because the check was cashed twice by the insurance. The insurance realized this and sent us a check and WE had to pay the consequences of her mistake. We had to cash the check and deposit the money on the escrow account. We learned that we had to do this because our back sent us a letter and we called and they explained to us what we had to do.
Also, Roxanna deposited some money that belonged to the seller to our account. ($10,000) We noticed and called Peninsula immediately to let them know about the mistake. Roxanna wanted my husband to get out of work and deposit the money at Peninsula account. She even sent an email demanding immediate action when it was her mistake. Her plan was not to let her boss aware of her mistake and when she learned that her boss was going to notice because my husband couldn't leave work to make the deposit she cursed on the phone (Sh**) and had to send someone to pick up the check at his job. They are a disaster! She is a disaster! Again, find another title company because Roxanna and her mistakes are going to drive you crazy!
