Crystal assisted us with the closing of our new house in Houston. It was a difficult process as the property was a foreclosure, we wanted to close as soon as possible, and the seller’s agent and/or seller was not always responsive. Crystal was on the phone for hours on the day of the closing tending to issues between the seller and seller’s agent...in the end, we closed that same day thanks to her persistence!
