We were very satisfied with the service we received. Carla Ginn made the closing process seamless. The staff as well, was very accommodating and friendly.

Overall everything turned out well and they did give us a cute bird house at closing but there were a couple things that did bother us. First of all, they made a mistake when typing a email address on an email they sent to our lender, which wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that that email was very important to be received by a certain time. Also, I did not like receiving a group email prior to closing where we were included, as well as the seller in the the same message. Also the sellers apparently were not both going to attend closing and the husband had a power or attorney for the wife but the title company did not inform us, our agent or our lender of this until we were already at closing. This could have potentially caused delays at closing due to the late disclosure. Thankfully it did not.

We really enjoyed our experience with Old Republic Title. Everything went as planned & ran smoothly. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Timely refund, no complications after we cancelled the contract.
