We had an extraordinary circumstance with the wire transfer of the net proceeds from my home. Ticor should have done better not only to avoid situations like this, but to rectify them more quickly. Ticor was also used for the purchase of my new home so I felt I should have received better service. I will add that I believe LeAnn did everything she could, but her hands were tied by Ticor management.
